Welcome Dinner

We’re excited to have you join us at the Welcome Dinner. This will be a wonderful opportunity for you to connect with our Program Team, as well as meet the emcees and volunteers who’ll be supporting you during your session.

Presentation Template & Slide Submission

Speakers must provide their completed slide decks prior to the event so our team can review them. We’ve found that uploading presentations in advance helps generate excitement and encourages people to attend the sessions. The cut-off date for submitting your slides is November 15th.

We’ll have the process of reviewing slides and speakers should not change any information of the slides after it has been reviewed.

Code of Conduct

Please take time to review the Code of Conduct, which we enforce rigorously and expect all speakers to adhere to. We also encourage presenters to be mindful and use inclusive language and visuals throughout their talks.
