บทความนี้รวบรวมข้อมูลต่างๆ ที่ช่วยทุกท่านให้ได้รับความสนุก และมิตรภาพดีๆ ในงาน WordCamp Bangkok 2025 ให้มากที่สุด ก่อนมาร่วมงาน
WordCamp Bangkok 2025 จะจัดขึ้นในวันอาทิตย์ที่ 14 ธันวาคม 2568 ที่ สมาคมนิสิตเก่าจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เริ่มเปิดลงทะเบียนกันตั้งแต่ 9:00 น. และเปิดงานเวลา 9:25น. งานปีนี้เรามีผู้ลงทะเบียนเข้าร่วมกว่า 350 คน โดยได้จัดเตรียม ของขวัญสุดพิเศษไว้ให้สำหรับผู้เข้าร่วมงานทุกท่านที่จุดลงทะเบียน เพราะฉะนั้นมาช้าอาจจะหมดได้นะ

การลงทะเบียนและรับป้ายชื่อคล้องคอ,Swag สุดพิเศษ
โต๊ะลงทะเบียนจะตั้งอยู่ที่ด้านหน้าชั้น 1 สามารถเดินเข้ามาจากทางประตูทางเข้าได้เลย
- Station 1: หลังจากมาถึงงาน กรุณามาลงทะบเียนที่โต๊ะนี้เป็นขั้นตอนแรก โดยท่านจะได้รับป้ายชื่อคล้องคอ หลังจากนั้นสามารถเดินไปที่ Station ต่อไป
- Station 2: ในจุดนี้เราเตรียมปากกาไว้ให้ท่านได้เขียนชื่อลงบนป้ายชื่อ เราแนะนำให้เขียนด้วยตัวหนังสือใหญ่อ่านง่าย และถ้ากำลังหา Connection สามารถเขียนตำแหน่งงานที่เราถนัด เช่น Blogger, Developer, Designer ฯลฯ เข้าไปในป้ายชื่อ ได้เลย หลังจากนั้นเลือกดู Swag ได้ตามใจชอบ
หมายเหตุ: ทางทีมงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่ให้เข้าร่วม Session ในงานหรือ After Party หากท่านไม่มีป้ายชื่อคล้องคอ
Sessions
- การบรรยายแต่ละหัวข้อจะใช้เวลา 40 นาที (เป็นการนำเสนอ 30 นาที และช่วงถาม-ตอบ (Q&A) 10 นาที) ดังนั้น คุณจะมีเวลาเบรค 10 นาที ในการเปลี่ยนห้องบรรยาย (Tracks), พูดคุยกับผู้เข้าร่วมงานท่านอื่น, และเยี่ยมชมบูธของผู้สนับสนุนของเรา
Networking Activities
นอกจากเวทีสัมนาที่จะอัดแน่นไปด้วยความรู้แล้ว อีกหนึ่งจุดเด่นของงาน WordCamp Bangkok 2025 คือการได้พบกับผู้เข้าร่วมงานที่ชื่นชอบ WordPress เหมือนกัน สามารถเดินคุยทำความรู้จักกันได้ในงานเลย

หากท่านพบปัญหาในระหว่างงาน สามารถมองหาอาสามัครช่วยเหลืองานได้ตลอดเวลา ซึ่งอาสาสมัครจะสวมเสื้อสีส้ม คำว่า WordCamp Bangkok 2025 โดยระหว่างงานนี้ Code of Conduct จะนำมาใช้ตลอดทั้งงาน

Important Note Before Attending WordCamp Bangkok 2025
This article compiles various information to help everyone enjoy and gain the most fun and valuable connections at WordCamp Bangkok 2025.
WordCamp Bangkok 2025 will be held on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at the Chulalongkorn University Alumni Association (CUAA).
Registration opens at 9:00 AM, and the Opening Ceremony begins at 9:25 AM. This year, we have over 350 registered attendees and have prepared exclusive gifts (swag) for everyone at the registration desk. So, try to arrive early!
Directions to the WordCamp Venue and CUAA Map
[Please refer to the event website or a separate map link for directions to the Chulalongkorn University Alumni Association.]
Registration and Collecting Your Badge and Exclusive Swag
The registration desks will be located on the 1st floor, right at the main entrance.
- Station 1: Badge Collection
- Upon arrival, please proceed to this station first to collect your lanyard and name badge. After receiving it, you may proceed to the next station.
- Station 2: Customization and Swag
- At this point, we have prepared pens for you to write your name on the badge. We recommend using large, easy-to-read letters.
- If you are looking to make connections, feel free to write your professional title or main interest (e.g., Blogger, Developer, Designer, etc.) on your badge.
- After customizing your badge, you are welcome to pick up your exclusive swag!
Important Note: The organizing team reserves the right to deny entry to event sessions or the After Party if you are not wearing your official lanyard/badge.
Sessions
Each presentation topic will last 40 minutes (30 minutes presentation + 10 minutes Q&A). You will have a 10-minute break between sessions to switch tracks, chat with other attendees, and visit our sponsors’ booths.
Networking Activities
In addition to knowledge-packed talks, another highlight of WordCamp Bangkok 2025 is the opportunity to meet fellow WordPress enthusiasts. Feel free to mingle and get to know others throughout the event!

Laptop & Wi-Fi
You may bring a laptop for personal use, but it is not mandatory for all attendees to do so.
Catering
Lunch will be provided for everyone, and light snacks will be available to grab throughout the day.
Volunteers
If you encounter any issues during the event, please look for our volunteers. Volunteers will be wearing orange shirts with the text “WordCamp Bangkok 2025” clearly visible. The Code of Conduct will be in effect throughout the entire event.
