A journey from a student who was a ghostwriter for blogs to make pocket money to working as an editor and then jumping into freelancing and now working on customer support. All the while using WordPress in different roles and being able to put food on the table. With time learnt few lessons on how to work on the internet and make a living while learning how to learn, contribute and grow. WordPress taught me openness and inclusivity.

[EN] Selling WordPress to Enterprises
My WordPress journey started with working on small projects as a freelancer. Over nine years, we have grown to reach the other end of the spectrum, regularly handling large enterprise WordPress projects. At this scale, the rules for “selling” WordPress change. WordPress’ traditional advantages don’t necessarily apply anymore.
I hope the lessons I share in this talk from our own learning will help fellow agencies increase the WordPress adoption in enterprises.
