Ticket Refund Request has been closed.
The Refunds feature allows an attendee to cancel the Regular ticket they purchased and get a full refund. Once a ticket is refunded, it goes back into the pool of available tickets for someone else to buy.
We are aware that some attendees need to cancel the ticket or upgrade from Regular ticket to Individual Sponsor ticket. The QUICKEST turnaround for this, please complete the form below and we should be able to get back to you within 24 hours.
Instead of getting a refund, you might like to transfer your ticket to someone else. To do this, simply forward them your confirmation email and they can edit attendee information by clicking the link.
